This is the first Marina in the Cape Verde Islands.
A Haven for yachtsmen, amid the old town of Mindelo on the Island of Sao Vicente. The first marina in the Cape Verde Islands offers a sheltered position with plenty of on site services. Access to the marina is via the restored Cais Alfandega (the old customs jetty) which belongs to the Marina Mindelo allowing unrestricted movement in and out of the marina independent of low or high water.
The Marina will host more than 120 boats, upto 30m in length and 4.5m draft. All the facilities one expects of a state of the art Marina will be available including, gas, diesel, water, electricity and a restaurant. The International Airport (due for completion summer 2007) will enable yachtsmen to fly directly to their yachts at Marina Mindelo.
